I’ve never been much of a breakfast person, but I’ve gotten better at it as part of trying to have a more balanced plate throughout the day. I swear by 3 eggs, whole grain toast and some fruit for breakfast. Eggs are the BEST source of protein and 3 is the perfect serving to leave me feeling full. My toast and fruit are my healthy carbs to give me more natural energy!
