This challenge is a BE RADICAL original for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. These workouts will get your blood flowing, boost your energy, and improve your mood and health. Kick It Up workouts are cardio, strength and kickboxing inspired. We will work on flexibility through our warm-up and cool-down. Prepare for a full body workout that will leave you feeling like the RADICAL badass you are. These workouts are able to be done anywhere with minimal to zero equipment, but you will get the most out of them if you have small, medium and large dumbbells, and weighted boxing gloves or a boxing bag.
